Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once submitted, except at the sole discretion of Jordan Worldwide. All hot market and custom product orders are non-cancelable under any circumstances.

Insurance Recommendation

Jordan Worldwide recommends that buyers maintain appropriate insurance coverage related to the resale and use of purchased products.

Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase of products, use of this website, or these policies shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Buyers waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.

Venue & Jurisdiction

To the extent any claim is permitted to proceed in court, the parties agree that exclusive venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and the buyer consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Force Majeure

Jordan Worldwide shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, transportation delays, or governmental actions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These policies constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and Jordan Worldwide and supersede all prior communications or agreements unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Changes to Policies

Jordan Worldwide reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

Jordan Worldwide collects only business-related contact and order information necessary to process transactions and provide service. We do not sell or rent customer information.
