SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Jordan Worldwide makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible after they are received. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 14 business days from the date the order is placed. Shipping times may vary due to inventory availability, supplier lead times, or products that are in production. If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional production time, shipment may be delayed. Jordan Worldwide will notify the customer if a delay extends beyond the normal processing timeframe. Jordan Worldwide ships orders primarily via UPS Ground, unless an alternative shipping method is requested by the customer in writing prior to shipment.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided:

   •   Delivery times are estimates only

   •   Jordan Worldwide is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Jordan Worldwide is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the carrier, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Payment & Billing Policy

Jordan Worldwide strongly encourages payment by check.

 

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 30 from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late payments may result in:

   •   Order delays

   •   Suspension of future shipments

   •   Changes to payment terms

 

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

   •   Check

   •   Credit card

Credit Card Processing Fee

Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee, which is added to the invoice total. This fee is non-refundable.
